You don’t need an elaborate business plan to start, all you need is clarity of thought and a little courage. Here is something that will add pure clarity and simplicity.
I call it: “The 90-Seconds Business Plan” And it works by answering — in just one sentence — these 4 questions
- What market do you want to serve?
- What product/service you want to sell that market?
- What you will sell to people who buy that product/service?
- How you will reach that market?
Here are some examples:
“I want to sell men with back problems an eBook about solving those problems, offer those buyers a video course on yoga and Personal Therapy sessions, and reach them using FB and Google ads.”
“I want to sell 30+ women a monthly membership to a live-streamed virtual Zumba Class, offer them high ticket supplements and branded health-related products on the backend, and reach them via Insta, FB, and content marketing.”
Those are just a couple of simple business ideas
Small thinking types will think, “not advanced enough!”. But, don’t let the simplicity fool you.
Anyways, if you can spend the next 30 minutes creating or validating your own 90 seconds business plan, you might as well have the most effective elevator pitch too
