Comsense Technologies was founded in 2014, by a team of former Deloitte and IBMers.

In a relatively short span, we have grown into a Global Advanced Analytics and Marketing Technology Services Company leveraging AI, ML & Deep Learning. With our headquarters in Florida, USA and a state of the art Development Centre in Pune, India, we also have a presence in Germany, Singapore and South Africa.

Sagar earned an M.C.S from Pune University and an MBA from Germany. Sagar works with marketers to show them how to use technology to increase traffic, lead quality and revenue. He is passionate about marketing technology and its inter-relation to demand generation. Sagar is an experienced sales marketing and project management professional with 20 years of service in North America , Africa , Europe and Asia working closely in the fields of technology ,customer service , business-to-business sales and marketing.

For more than 20 years in business-to-business marketing which includes business development, sales enablement , Product Promotions/Launches , sales promotion, marketing communication, brand management and public relations. his specialities: strategic marketing, sales enablement , market segment management , digital marketing , content marketing , Lead/Demand generation, campaign planning and execution. start up and student mentoring . He also has good working knowledge of customer analytics and BI.


Aniket Neurgaonkar

Co-founder & Marketing Director

With more than 15 years of experience in sales and marketing and worked with various brands like Mercedes enz , Tech Mahindra, Aniket brings good insights to our marketing campaigns. He has worked in the UAE region for more than 5 years which has given him exposure to cultural and marketing insights for that region. He has specialization in sales processes, marketing processes, content generation, lead qualification and management , market analysis , integration of sales CRM and Marketing Automation.

Vineet K Ladhania

Vineet is a chartered accountant and MBA from Steinbeis University Germany, having over 17 years of overall experience, of which over 10 years have been in IT consulting, spanning across various organization. Vineet co-founded the start-up Urbanbonds.com for providing software as a service ( SaaS ) . He also has good exposure in business analytics, business process assessment, analysis and process improvements. He has substantive experience of managing multiple projects and large teams during his previous stints.


Samarth Malik

Co-founder & Director EMEA

Samarth is an effective leader who understands the bigger picture and utilizes a 360-degree approach to his leadership. Throughout his career, Samarth has gained vast experience in business and IT transformations.He acquired a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from MANIT, Bhopal, India and a Masters in Technology Management from the University of Pretoria, South Africa. Samarth has worked with many international clients on global projects and his friendly and cheerful personality assists him in easily settling into new environments.

Our Co Founder and CEO, Mr. Sagar Babar helms the Comsense CSR initiative.Under this initiative, Siddheshwar Shikshan Sanstha (SSS), a non-profit organization founded in 2008,provides quality education in English medium for children in rural parts of Maharashtra.

As a first step , SSS has started Dnyanankur English medium school in a small and needy village, Alegaon, in Solapur district of Maharashtra, India.Today over 170 students study there acquiring pre-primary education, up to 5th grade.

SSS also sponsors a school kit (School Uniform, Shoes, Socks, School Bag, Book Set, and Yearly Calendar) to every child of the school.


Our school is the first one to introduce theme based learning. We believe in learning through real life experience. School organises field visits such as farms, Zoo, bus station, railways station, vegetable market. Activity based teaching and learning.
